I do respond to all E-Mail.
Keep in mind the following before submitting E-Mail to The CC.

I work a full time job, maintain this page and have a social life. I do respond to all E-mails but it may take a bit for me to sit down and come up with a solution for you.
Check the FAQ to see if your problem is listed there. I add most problems/solutions to the FAQ as I come across them.
Consider posting your question to the Discussion Board. Many times your problem has been encountered by others and you may receive a quicker response there.
Check with the controller manufacturer for details on your problem. If I do not have an immediate answer I search the manufacturer's site for help. You can find a comprehensive list on the Links page.
Finally, check the Review's listing to see if the controller is listed there. I have much information in the review and your solution may be there.

You can E-Mail The Control Center using the link below. Be sure to include:

A detailed description of the problem you are having.
Full system details (CPU specs, motherboard type, joystick type and driver version, operating system, sound card, gameport, DirectX version, etc.)
E-Mail address where I can respond to.
